MADE IN THE USA This Larson Electronics 30KVA Power Distribution Substation has a 100 amp three phase 480 wye main breaker panel and a 100 amp, 120/220V main breaker panel. Both panels are rated Nema 12 for use in areas with dust. Two 480 Volt welding receptacles with safety shroud are protected by 3 pole, 30 amp breakers within the three phase panel. Ten duplex GFCI protected 120 Volt outlets are protected by 1 pole, 20 amp breakers and two 220 Volt GFCI protected outlets are protected by 30 amp breakers in the single phase panel. The customer supplies 480V three phase power to the 100 amp three phase 480 wye, 42 circuit main breaker panel via the ADJA terminal. Two 3 pole, 30 amp breakers protect 2 twistlock 480V welding receptacles with safety shroud. A 3 pole, 50 amp breaker protects the Nema 3R configured 30KVA transformer. The 480V three phase to 120/220V 30KVA transformer delivers 120/220V to the 100 amp main breaker, 42 circuit panel. Ten single pole 20 amp breakers protect 20 duplex GFCI 120V outlets. Two 30 amp breakers protect two 220V GFCI outlets. This panel also includes three 2-pole, 50 amp breakers, 6 additional 20 amp single pole breakers, and two 20 amp, 2 pole 20 amp breakers for spares. Click here to Enlarge Click here to Enlarge Click here to Enlarge The transformer is mounted on a 1/8” thick steel diamond plate mounting platform and the load center/distribution assembly is mounted to the standard 2 inch square carbon steel tubing frame, resulting in an extremely stable, durable, and well protected power distribution platform. This model is equipped with skid pockets and a top located lifting eyelet allows easy lifting with cable or chain hooks. Applications: This power distribution system is ideal for indoor or outdoor use and applications including but not limited to, construction sites, plant maintenance, plant turnarounds, hazardous location operations, shows, exhibits, and shipyard operations. These power transformers are popularly used in applications where external power sources are often necessary and work well in combination with explosion proof lights and equipment.
