The Larson Electronics TPM-GL20004-12C-1227-10C LED Spotlight on Telescoping Pole Mount offers powerful lighting from elevated positions in outdoor areas. This 50-watt LED light comes with a wireless remote for pan and tilt control and features a durable white finish. The LED light is secured to a pole with a surface mounting bracket, which is adjustable between 4 feet and 9.08 feet.

The TPM-GL20004-12C-1227-10C LED pole mount light is designed for use in all weather conditions and outdoor locations. A total of ten, 5-watt LEDs provide an 8¡ spot light beam that can reach distances up to 4,501 feet. The low voltage LED search light generates 460,000 candela of output. During use, this unit rotates at a rate of 19¡ per second in fast mode and 12¡ per second in slow mode, as well as elevates at a rate of 11¡ per second. The LED module carries an IP68 rating and the housing is IP56 rated. Equipped with an acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA) housing, the lens is made out of hardened polycarbonate.

LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied, providing instant illumination with no warm up or cool down time before re-striking. Because there is no warm up period, this light can be cycled on and off with no reduction in lamp life.

LED lights run at significantly cooler temperatures than traditional metal halide and high pressure sodium lights and contain no harmful gases, vapors, or mercury, making them both safer and more energy efficient. No extra energy is wasted in cooling enclosed work areas due to external heat emissions from bulb type lights, and the operator risks associated with traditional lighting methods, such as accidental burns and exposure to hazardous substances contained in the glass bulbs, are eliminated. In addition, LEDs are also safer for the environment as they are 100% recyclable, which eliminates the need for costly special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps.

Voltage: This light operates on 120-277V AC voltage via an inline waterproof stepdown transformer.

Wiring/Plug: This LED light is equipped with 12 feet of 16/3 chemical and abrasion resistant SOOW cord between the light and the transformer and an additional 10 feet of 16/3 SOOW cord extending from the transformer that is fitted with an industrial grade cord cap for easy connection to common wall outlets. Mounting: The pole used with this system is the ALU-P-158. The pole is adjustable from 4 feet to 9.08 feet. The pole mount allows the light to be easily installed and/or removed and stored from the top of the pole. The pole can also be slid into existing mounts on the side of equipment or trailers.

This unit also includes a mounting bracket that allows operators to install the light in their required location. The mount bracket features four predrilled holes for mounting to any flat vertical surface. Once the mounting bracket is installed, the pole is then slipped into the bracket and secured with a T-handle bolt.
