| Made in the USA Trailer with 6 carts and umbilical cable system for pad areas 300 feet by 500 feet in size. This system includes 3 major components, including the transport trailer with air compressor and generator,Ê six portable cart LED light towers and the umbilical system that carrier air and power to each cart. Ê Trailer:
The trailer is the central source for power and compressed air.Ê The trailer also enables 6 carts to be secured within the trailer.Ê The trailer contains a bar style locking mechanism to secure the carts to the trailer during transport.Ê Once the pad site is reached, operators use the trailer mounted, swing arm jib boom to get the carts safely off the trailer and on to the pad surface.Ê Once the carts reach the surface, a single operator can easily maneuver the carts into position.Ê
The trailer includes the following major elements:
-ÊÊÊ 6.5KW diesel generator
-ÊÊÊ Air Compressor with 30 gallon tank and air dryer
-ÊÊÊ Power Distribution panel
-ÊÊÊ 2 step down transformers (120 volt to 48 volts)
-ÊÊÊ Swing arm jib boom to move carts on and off the trailer
-ÊÊÊ Removable tongue for easier storage, transport and security
The trailer will be blasted and coated with zinc primer and 2-part epoxy top coat. |
| Carts:
The carts are equipped with run-flat tires, a 30 foot pneumatic mast and two 300 Watt LED light heads. The carts are also equipped with fold down outriggers to support the light mast once deployed.Ê Once the carts reach the desired position, the operator uses the marked umbilical to connect one cart to the next. At each cart, the operator will connect the air and power.Ê The air will enable the mast to elevate and the power will activate the light heads.Ê We are using 48 Volts AC on the umbilical so we can minimize the wire size and the weight of the umbilical system.Ê Once the 48 Volts AC reaches the carts, we will convert it to DC to power the lights with an onboard transformer.Ê The air dryer and pressure regulator on the trailer will ensure that the appropriate air pressure is available to the light mast.

The wheeled carts will blasted and powder coated.
Umbilical Cabling System:
Umbilical cabling system includes power and air into one assembly.Ê The cabling/air systems are brought to the two carts closest to the trailer.Ê Additional carts feed from these carts, so that there is one power/air cable system going from cart to the next.ÊÊ Basically, the umbilical connects the carts in series.Ê
