Made in the USA The Larson Electronics WAL-THT-48.160W-LED-100 Trailer Hitch Mounted LED Flood Lighting System is a telescoping tower that allows operators to elevate the 160 watt LED light and from 6` feet to 10` feet. The WAL-THT-48.160W-LED-100 comes complete with an IP65 rated 160 watt LED light head producing 19,200 lumen flood light. This trailer hitch mounted mini light tower is equipped with two stabilization legs, 100` of 16/3 SOOW cable terminated in an industrial grade cord cap, and is universal voltage operating on 120-277V. This vehicle mounted LED light tower is ideal for use as work area illumination, event lighting, emergency operations lighting, or equipment lighting and is suitable for use on any vehicle that will accept a hitch mount. The WAL-THT-48.160W-LED-100 work area light tower provides operators with a very versatile lighting solution for operations where easily managed mobile illumination of large sized areas is required. An IP65 rated, 160 watt LED floodlight creates a total of 19,200 lumens of bright white light illumination in a 160¡ flood beam configuration. The hitch mounted light tower is telescoping, adjustable from 6’ to 10’ in height and incorporates a trailer hitch mounting system with stabilization legs that allows operators to easily secure the fixture to receiver hitch equipped vehicles at any location. This receiver hitch mount LED light tower is comprised of an adjustable LED light head mounted atop a telescoping tower fabricated from non-sparking powder coated aluminum. This adjustable and collapsible tower can be extended to ten feet, collapsed to six feet, and includes two stabilization legs. The LED light fixture assembly can be removed by releasing the hand knob and sliding the light and mounting bracket off of the center support while the legs can be collapsed, aiding in deployment, storage and transport. The lamp can be easily adjusted vertically and locked into position. This mounting system provides extremely secure placement of the tower in areas where high winds are commonly encountered. The weight of the vehicle in combination with the two stabilization legs removes the possibility of the unit swaying excessively or tipping over once deployed. The solid state design of LED technology give this fixture superior resistance to damage from vibration, extremes in temperature, and a lamp life over twice that of standard fluorescent bulbs. Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation. Mounting: The trailer hitch mounting system on this unit consists of a trailer hitch bracket which in turn holds the telescoping aluminum light tower. The light tower is adjustable from 6’ to 10’ and the entire system mounts to standard hitch receivers via the standard push bolt and locking pin used on most commonly used trailer hitch receiver mounts. This tower is light weight and can be collapsed and easily stowed in the bed of a truck or back of a SUV, making it a very versatile yet powerful lighting option for those requiring a quickly and easily deployed light source. This receiver hitch mount is offered in three sizes, designed to work with all common hitches found on standard bumper mount hitches. For 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" receiver hitch openings on Class I and Class II receiver hitches are commonly found on cars and smaller SUVs, please choose Class 1.
