Clear/White Light Lens for HL-85, RL-85, HL-85-HID and RL-85-HID Spotlights available in 5" or 7". This clear/white lens comes in 5" or 7" and amplifies the power of the spotlight while providing a clear lens for hunting and other white light applications. Popular with hunters, clear lenses are typically a snap on and off application to spotlights. However, when using polycarbonate lenses, stacking one lens on top of another can greatly reduce light output. The picture above shows the beam produced on the HL-85-HID model in spot mode. The picture above shows the beam produced on the HL-85-HID model in flood mode. The clear/white light lens is simply attached by snapping it right on the light. Our HL and RL spotlights enable the user to adjust the beam from spot (narrow and long beam) to a flood (short, wide and soft) beam. This is done by rotating the lens and reflector assembly. By continuing the counter clockwise rotation you can move from spot to flood, to completing the removing the assembly. The clear/white light lens and reflector is simply spun back on in its place.
