Made in the USA This heavy duty power transformer substation converts 600 AC three phase electrical current to three phase 120/208vac. This unit provides operators the ability to safely tap into and distribute single phase 120VAC or three phase 208vac power from a variety of sources including generators and direct grid power. This model is designed to support both linear (motor) and non-linear loads (lighting, computers, etc.). For that reason, we deliver 120V and 208Y on the secondary and provide a neutral. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO POWER DISTRIBUTION PANELS, TRANSFORMERS, OR SUBSTATIONS* This Larson Electronics power distribution system provides a safe and effective way for operators in industrial settings to tap into and utilize power sources independently of the work area. This unit provides an effective power source for operators performing plant turn-arounds, maintenance and cleaning in hazardous areas, equipment installations and repairs and any activities requiring an alternative to native power sources. This portable power distribution system makes 120VAC available via 10 GFCI protected 20 amp receptacles. Main power to the 75 KVA transformer is protected by a fused 3 Phase 100 amp NEMA 3R main disconnect fused at 80 amps. Power is routed from the transformer to a 3-phase 250-amp main breaker 120/208Y secondary panel. The transformer is mounted to a 1/8” thick steel plate and the distribution assembly is mounted onto a rugged 2 inch (3/16 wall thickness) square carbon steel frame, measuring 38" wide by 48" deep by 54" high, with 3" X 6" X 3/8" rectangular carbon steel skid pockets below and a top located lifting eyelet to allow easy transport. Applications: This power distribution system is ideal for indoor or outdoor use and applications including but not limited to, construction sites, plant maintenance, plant turnarounds, hazardous location operations, shows, exhibits, and shipyard operations. These power transformers are popularly used in applications where external power sources are often necessary and work well in combination with explosion proof lights and equipment. Larson Electronics is a manufacturer and as such can build portable transformer systems to your specifications. Although we carry several models of power distribution transformers, we can deliver custom ordered units almost as quickly as our prebuilt units.
