This unit provides operators the ability to safely tap into and distribute single phase 120VAC or three phase 208Y power from a variety of sources including generators and direct grid power. This model is designed to support both linear (motor) and non-linear loads (lighting, computers, etc.). This unit provides an effective power source for operators performing plant turnarounds, maintenance, cleaning, equipment installations and repairs requiring an alternative to native power sources. This portable power distribution system makes 120VAC available via (10) GFCI protected 20 amp receptacles and 208Y VAC available via (4) Hubbell CS6369 50 amp receptacles.Line-in power to the 75 KVA transformer is protected by a fused 3-phase 100-amp NEMA 3R main disconnect. The Nema 3R transformer steps down the 600V power to 120/208Y and feeds a 200-amp main breaker panel.The NEMA 3R secondary panel contains ten 20-amp breakers protecting ten 5-20 receptacles with waterproof covers and four 50-amp breakers protecting four Hubbell CS6369 receptacles with waterproof covers.Unlike many portable power distribution boxes made of plastic and utilizing thin gauge, low grade metals in their construction, this unit is designed for serious use and is ruggedly constructed to withstand demanding conditions and heavy duty industrial applications. The transformer is mounted on a 3/16" thick carbon steel mounting platform and the load center/distribution assembly is mounted to a 2" x 2" x 1/8" square carbon steel tubing frame, resulting in an extremely stable, durable and well protected power distribution platform. This model is equipped with forklift skid pockets and a top located lifting eyelet allowing for easy lifting with cable or chain hooks.
