The PLM-8-2S-1100LB from Larson Electronics is a Pneumatic Light Light Mast that provides a safe and effective way for operators to quickly deploy lights, security cameras and other equipment to elevations up to thirty feet. With an 1100 lb payload capacity, the PLM-8-2S-1100LB is a reliable and versatile pneumatic mast for lifting a variety of equipment safely and securely. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO LIGHT MASTS OR LIGHT TOWERS* This Larson Electronics telescoping pneumatic light tower mast is designed to allow operators to quickly and safely deploy lighting and other electrical equipment in locations where this equipment must be elevated to heights up to 8 feet for effective application. This light boom can be extended to 8 feet for maximum area coverage and collapsed to 5 feet for closer more intense illumination. The tower is constructed of high strength, heat treated aluminum tubing for strength and durability. This tower is comprised of two sections, and includes a locking top mounting plate for easy removal of equipment. The mast is elevated using an air compressor (sold seperately). An air release valve located at the base of this pneumatic mast allows operators to lower the tower. These light masts are typically mounted to trailers or other stable surfaces via a 12 inch square, 1/2" thick mounting base-plate which has been drilled to accept four mounting bolts (3/4 inch). This light tower weighs approximately 350 lbs, and can easily support and lift a 11,00 lb payload. The entire tower assembly is shipped via common freight carrier. Larson Electronics can custom tailor these units to the customer`s requirements with longer sections and larger mounting plates. Suggested Applications: Lighting and security camera deployment.
