The LE-2000-S-E from Larson Electronics is a LED Search Light w/ Stanchion Mount that provides intense output in outdoor locations and is recommended for lighting support during nighttime operations, emergencies, patrolling and more. This LED light operates on 12 V or 24 V DC and provides 460,000 candela of output during use. Equipped with two wireless remotes, the LED light with white housing is compatible with stanchion mounting installations and features red/green navigational running lights.

The LE-2000-S-E is a powerful lighting solution for outdoor areas, rugged environments, and remote locations. A total of ten, 5-watt LEDs provide an 8¡ spot light beam that can reach distances up to 4,501 feet. The low voltage LED search light generates 460,000 candela of output. During use, this unit rotates at a rate of 19¡ per second in fast mode and 12¡ per second in slow mode, as well as elevates at a rate of 11¡ per second. The LED module carries an IP68 rating and the housing is IP56 rated. Equipped with an acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA) housing, the lens is made out of hardened polycarbonate.

Remote Control: This unit comes with two wireless handheld remote controls. One dash mount holster is also included to store one of the remotes in a convenient location. The wireless handheld remotes both operate on 433.92 MHz and enable on/off, up, down, left, right, and strobe on/off operation. Powered by two 23A batteries (included) each, the remotes have an operating distance of 213'. Up to four wireless remote controls can be used with the LED light.

LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied, providing instant illumination with no warm up or cool down time before re-striking. No extra energy is wasted in cooling enclosed work areas due to external heat emissions from bulb type lights, and the operator risks associated with traditional lighting methods, such as accidental burns and exposure to hazardous substances contained in the glass bulbs, are eliminated. In addition, LEDs are also safer for the environment as they are 100% recyclable, which eliminates the need for costly special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps.

Voltage: The LED search light operates on 12 V DC or 24 V DC.

Mount: The LE-2000-S-E is a stanchion mount LED search light. The spotlight is mounted on a stanchion post. Stanchion posts are available in the following sizes: 6 inch, 12 inch, 24 inch, or 48 inch. A stanchion mount enables the light to be installed and removed for storage. The included running lights are always on when the mount is recieving power. The wireless remote controls only control the LED search light.
