Made in the USA The MGL-HD-45K-100MB-8X208Y.20-8X120.20 portable power distribution system converts 480 volts 3-phase power to 3-phase 208Y and single phase 120V. Operators can use eight of the Hubbell L15-20R receptacles or 8 of the 5-20 GFIC outlets to power tools and other equipment. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO POWER DISTRIBUTION PANELS, TRANSFORMERS, OR SUBSTATIONS* This power distribution system is designed to enable contractors using 120/240 volt equipment to operate off 480V service at customer sites. This dolly cart style configuration is easy to move around the customer site and can be loaded easily on a truck or other conveyance for transport to a different site. This power distribution system does not include a disconnect. Instead, the operator ties the line-in 20-foot 6/3 Type W cable to his on-site protection. The line-in cable goes directly to the 480 volt 3-phase N3R transformer, which steps it down to 208Y and 120 VAC. A 100-amp main breaker panel contains eight 208Y, 20-amp breakers and eight 120V, 20-amp breakers. These breakers protect eight Hubbell L15-20R receptacles with weatherproof covers and eight 5-20 GFI outlets with weatherproof covers. Features:- 20` 6/4 SOOW line in cable w/ flying leads- 45 KVA 480V to 120/240 NEMA 3R transformer- 100 Amp MB panel in NEMA 3R enclosure - (8) 20A double pole breakers protecting 5-20 GFI outlets with watertight covers - (8) 20A double pole breakers protecting Hubbell L15-20R receptacles with watertight covers- Powder coated steel tube, heavy duty dolly cart with 2 sets of double 8-inch rubber wheels The transformer and load center/distribution assembly is mounted to a standard steel cart style frame resulting in an extremely stable, durable, and mobile power distribution platform. This temporary power distribution solution can be modified to meet the needs of job-site receptacle requirements. Units can be equipped with skid pockets, wheels or trailer mounted.
