The IND-TBL-BX-R9-18.18.30-5XH-2XTB-WC-25C-120V from Larson Electronics is a Mobile UV Disinfection Cabinet for cleaning several garments or handheld devices quickly and simultaneously. Equipped with twenty 18" UV lamps, the unit offers UV-C output at a range of 200nm - 280nm (253.7nm). There are five 18" x 18" mesh wire shelves for holding different types of equipment as well as a pair of top bars from which equipment or garments can be hung for disinfection. The shelves can be removed to create more vertical room as needed. The single-door UV oven has highly visible indicator lights for safe operation and comes with an external timer. The disinfection cabinet contains four 8" casters at the bottom of the unit.

The IND-TBL-BX-R9-18.18.30-5XH-2XTB-WC-25C-120V is a powerful sanitation solution for cleaning compact and handheld equipment in busy work sites. Equipped with twenty 18" UVC fluorescent lamps, this system offers UV output, within the 200nm - 280nm UV-C range (253.7 nm). The lights have an expected lifespan of 8,000+ hours and emit a flood beam pattern with 360 degrees of coverage. A stainless steel interior finish promotes UV light distribution. Inside the box, there are five 18" x 18" mesh wire shelves with 6" clearance for holding different types of devices for sanitation. Each shelf has four lamps on every wall including the door to ensures maximum exposure. Additionally, this unit is outfitted with two top bars which allow for equipment or garments to be hung up for disinfection. The shelves can be removed to make more vertical space for larger equipment and garments.

This UV cabinet turns off automatically when the door is open. A yellow indicator light turns on when the unit is in use to safely notify the operator about ongoing sanitation. With a recommended 5-minute exposure time at full capacity, multiple UV boxes can be purchased to clean several devices at the same time. Operators may access an external timer (set at 5 minutes from the factory) on the box to ensure the recommended duration of exposure is met every session. The UV light in this system can disinfect over 99% of bacteria and viruses, as well as kill 99% of viruses, bacteria, mold, and spores.

Wiring/Plug: This UV decontamination box is equipped with 25 feet of 16/3 chemical and abrasion resistant SOOW cord that is fitted with an industrial grade cord cap for easy connection to common wall outlets. Plug options include standard 5-15 15 amp straight blade plug for 110V wall outlets with ground, NEMA L5-15 15 amp twist lock plug for 125V twist lock outlets, standard 5-20 20 amp straight blade plug for 110V wall outlets with ground or or NEMA L5-20 20 amp twist lock plug for 125V twist lock outlets. Alternatively, we can provide flying leads with no plug for hard wire applications or for operators who prefer to wire in user provided cord caps. Please choose pigtail option below for flying leads with no plug.

Mount: This UV sanitation device has a flat base with four, 8" casters (two swivel-locking casters at the front and two stationary casters at the back) for seamless mobility and transportation, including over rough surfaces. An accessible handle at the back of the cabinet allows operators to move the unit around the site. We sell mounting lugs for permanent installations if needed.

Note on Environment: Sunlight and visible light fixtures do not impact the effectiveness of the disinfecting on this UVC sanitation product. Metal halide, high pressure sodium, fluorescent, and LED light fixtures can be left on. The UV radiation emitted from this product is not disrupted by any type of lighting in the environment. Put simply, NO it DOES NOT need to be dark in the area you plan to disinfect. The UV radiation is harmful to the eyes and skin, and that is why you should not be in the area while it is in operation.
