The EHL-LED-7WC-50-24V from Larson Electronics is an Explosion Proof LED Drop Light / Trouble Light that can be used in Class I Divisions 1 & 2 Groups C and D hazardous environments and is ideal for general work activities in hazardous locations requiring explosion proof protection. The EHL-LED-7WC-50-24V operates on 24 V AC/DC.

This 7 watt explosion proof colored LED work light from Larson Electronics produces 750 lumens of colored light and comes complete with 50 feet of explosion proof cord that is terminated in a terminal box with a 1/2" NPT hub for direct wiring. The EHL-LED-7WC-50-24V LED drop light has no ballast and the housing is constructed of non sparking aluminum which results in a very lightweight unit. This hazardous location hand lamp is Class I, Divisions 1 and 2 and Class II Divisions 1 and 2 hazardous location environment approved. This explosion proof LED drop light is ideal for hazardous work areas where a ready source of easily managed lighting is desired.

This 7 watt LED drop light is suitable for use in areas where petrochemical vapors and various dusts are present and projects 750 lumens of light, which is twice the lumens per watt output of a 100 watt incandescent bulb with colored lens. This explosion proof drop light is offered with red, green, amber, blue, and purple colored LED lamp options for the color of the light output. This unit is rated Class I, Division 1 and comes complete with 50' of SOOW 16/3 AWG cord ending in a terminal box with a 1/2" NPT hub for directing wiring.

This hand lamp has a high efficiency LED bulb that requires no ballast, so the operator doesn't need to drag the ballast housing around. This can be particularly annoying when the transformer becomes entangled in the cord. This explosion proof LED hand light operates on standard 24 V AC/DC for US voltages. The light produced by this unit has a 6000k color temperature, which is much sharper and whiter than the light produced by incandescent lamps. The light produced by this lamp is ideal for close work and inspection activities where good contrast and true color representation is needed. The LED lamp in this unit runs much cooler than incandescent or flourescent lamps, resulting in a lamp housing that remains cool to the touch and eliminates the accidental burns often encountered with incandescent drop lights.
