Made in the USA The LM-30-3S-4X1500W LED Light Tower from Larson Electronics is a 30 foot extendable light tower equipped with high output LED light fixtures producing approximately 14,790 lumens each. This three section light boom can be extended to 30 feet for maximum area coverage and collapsed to 12 feet and folded over for transport or when not in use. The tower is constructed of square steel tubing with three sections of 12 feet, 11 feet and 10 feet. The mast is elevated from the fold down position using an included 1,000 lb hand winch with 3/16 inch aircraft cable, and extended to its full height using a second 1,000 lbs winch. A rotating mounting platform allows operators to rotate the entire tower on its base, providing an easy means of directing the lights regardless of tower location. Included with this light tower are four of our wet area suitable LEDP5W-30 LED fixtures producing a combined total of approximately 59,160 lumens at only 600 watts. Each fixture produces 14,790 lumens of high intensity light while drawing only 150 watts @12.5 amps from a 12 volt electrical system. Thirty CREE XLamp XPG¨ five watt LEDs producing 493 lumens each are arranged in rows and paired with high purity optics to produce a well focused 25 degree spot beam that is ideal for providing far reaching concentrated illumination while still covering a substantial amount of area. We also offer optional floodlight versions with a 60 degree beam spread to provide more light over a larger area nearer the fixture, making flood versions ideal for use as dedicated work and area lights. These LED mining light bars are waterproof to 3 meters, sealed against intrusion by dust and dirt, and very ruggedly constructed to withstand the most demanding mining environments, conditions and applications. Wiring consists of 20 foot of cable terminated with in a twist lock plug. These light masts are typically mounted to trailers or other stable surfaces via a 12 inch square, 1/2 inch thick mounting base-plate which has been drilled to accept four mounting bolts (3/4 inch). A 24 inch wide and 1/4 inch thick mounting plate is attached to the upper section of the mast which provides a strong and stable platform for the four metal halide fixtures. This base-plate mount also includes a rotating axis which allows the entire tower to be rotated in both the folded down position and upright position. This light tower when lowered to 12 feet can withstand winds up to 125 mph. We can equip this mast with 1000W or 1500W Metal Halide lights or a wide variety of high powered LED lights with comparable power.
