The Larson Electronics LM-EPL-VLD-WM-15-3S-ALU-STNCH Outdoor Telescoping Tower provides a safe and effective way for operators to quickly deploy lights, security cameras and other equipment to elevations up to 10 feet. This light tower, which collapses to 5 feet, features mounting provisions for a 1 1/4" stanchion mount light, a Class I, Division 1 junction box and wiring eyelets along the mast. The unit features two surface mount brackets for improved stability.

This telescoping three stage non-sparking aluminum light mast from Larson Electronics is designed to allow operators to quickly and safely deploy lighting, cameras, and other electrical equipment in locations where this equipment must be elevated to heights up to 10` for effective coverage. This light boom can be extended to 10` for maximum area coverage and collapsed to 5` for applications where a smaller footprint is required. The tower is constructed of non-sparking square aluminum tubing with a powder coated finish. The mast is elevated by pressing down on the end of base stage, elevating the mast to the upright position. The mast is extended to its full height using an included 1,000 lbs hand winch with 3/16" galvanized cable.

At the top of the mast, a mounting bracket accepts a 1 1/4" stanchion mount light. A Class I, Division 1 junction box secured at the top side of the mast head is available for wiring. Wiring eyelets along the stages of the tower can be used to mount external wiring for cable management.

The LM series of towers are powder coated with glossy blue finish for corrosion resistance and aesthetics. This light mast is mounted via the two surface mounting brackets found near the bottom of the tower. Each mounting bracket accepts four bolts. With two mounting brackets used to secure the light tower, operators are left with a stable and durable light tower.

The LM family of telescoping towers feature a proprietary mast guidance system, which provides increased stability during high winds. When lowered to 5`, the mast can withstand winds up to 125 mph.

This light tower can easily support and lift 28 lbs fixtures. The entire tower assembly is shipped via common freight carrier and when shipped measures approximately 8` long, 4` wide, 5` tall and weighs approximately 375 lbs. Larson Electronics can custom tailor these units to the customer`s requirements with longer sections and larger mounting plates. We also offer a choice of either the manual 1,000 lbs hand winch included standard or optional electric winch.

Suggested Applications: Temporary lighting, construction sites, and security camera deployment. We can equip this mast with 1000W or 1500W Metal Halide lights or a wide variety of high powered LED lights with comparable power, including the LED10WSA-160, LEDLB-200X2E , LEDLB-160X2E or LEDLB-80x2E.
