The 9200S from Larson Electronics is a Mini LED Light Bar that is a Class 1 strobing beacon, operates on 12-24V DC and offers an effective and permanently mounted beacon or signaling light solution in a durable and compact unit.This compact, mini LED light bar encloses 24 high output amber LED beacons within a clear polycarbonate lens housing for durability and protection from the elements. This beacon is permanently mounted with a 10` cord terminated in flying leads. The 9200S has 23 different flashing patterns, and can sync up to 15 units together.LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied, providing instant illumination with no warm up or cool down time before re-striking. Because there is no warm up period, this light can be cycled on and off with no reduction in lamp life.LED lights run at significantly cooler temperatures than traditional metal halide and high pressure sodium lights and contain no harmful gases, vapors, or mercury, making them both safer and more energy efficient. In addition, LEDs are also safer for the environment as they are 100% recyclable, which eliminates the need for costly special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps.This LED beacon has a maximum 3.84 amp draw on 12 volts, produces a highly visible strobe, and is rated Class 1 signifying the brightest intensity possible. The 9200S also features a low power function for nighttime use, an operating temperature of -30°C to +65°C, reverse polarity protection and a weatherproof and vibration resistant design for external use.
