The LM-30-3S-EW-300LB-TLR-TLR from Larson Electronics is a Trailer Mounted Fold Over 3-Stage Light Mast with Electric Winches that provides a safe and effective way for operators to quickly deploy lights, security cameras and other equipment to elevations of up to thirty feet. This light tower folds over for easy transportation, features a rotating boom that allows for 360¡ of rotation, two electric winches, and a removable mast head for storing mounted equipment when not in use. The LM-30-3S-EW-300LB-TLR features a total weight capacity of 300 lb. The entire assembly is mounted onto a 14` single axle trailer, allowing operators to transport this fold over boom from location to location.

This telescoping three stage steel light mast from Larson Electronics is designed to allow operators to quickly and safely deploy lighting, cameras, and other electrical equipment in locations where this equipment must be elevated to heights up to 30` for effective coverage. This light boom can be extended to 30` for maximum area coverage and collapsed to 12` for applications where a smaller footprint is required. The tower is constructed of square steel tubing with a lower section 12.42` in length and 4" by 4" by 1/8" thick, middle section 12.69` in length and 3" by 3" by 1/8" thick, and an upper section 13.10` and 2" by 2" by 1/8" thick. Each section has a 1 foot overlap. The mast is elevated using an included 1,000 lb electric winch with 3/16" cable and extended to its full height using a second 1,000 lb electric winch.

The LM series towers are available in two finish options: powder coated with glossy blue finish for corrosion resistance and aesthetics, or hot dip galvanized for superior corrosion resistance. These light masts are typically mounted to trailers or other stable surfaces via a 15" by 13" by 1/4" thick mounting base-plate which has been drilled to accept six 1/2" anchor bolts. A 44" wide and 2" by 2" by 1/4" thick mounting plate is attached to the upper section of the mast which provides a strong and stable platform for mounting fixtures and equipment of up to 300 lb total.

The LM family of telescoping towers feature a proprietary mast guidance system, which provides increased stability during high winds. When lowered to 12`, the mast can withstand winds up to 125 mph. When elevated to its full upright position, the mast can be rotated a full 360¡. By loosening the T-Handle, operators can rotate the mast with ease in either direction. The mast can be positioned in one of four different directions, and locked back in place by re-tightening the T-handle. The mast itself spins freely, and can typically be rotated with a single hand.

The electric winch on this mast is offered in 120 V or 240 V AC, 50/60 HZ. Additional voltage options are available at an additional charge. Larson Electronics can offer single phase and three phase AC winches or low voltage DC winches.

This light tower weighs approximately 400 lb and can easily support and lift 300 lb fixtures. The entire tower assembly is shipped via common freight carrier and when shipped measures approximately 16.5` long, 7` wide, 7` tall and weighs approximately 1700 lb. Larson Electronics can custom tailor these units to the customer`s requirements with longer sections and larger mounting plates. We also offer a choice of either the electric 1,000 lb winches included standard or optional manual winches.

Suggested Applications: Temporary lighting, construction sites, and security camera deployment. We can equip this mast with 1000W or 1500W Metal Halide lights or a wide variety of high powered LED lights with comparable power, including the LED10WSA-160, LEDLB-200X2E, LEDLB-160X2E or LEDLB-80x2E.
