This outdoor security mast enables wide-area monitoring in remote sites, including outdoor areas, construction sites, parking lots, commercial locations, events, roadway projects and more. This system includes a 16-foot manual push up mast, 300-watt solar panel, backup generator, 20aH charge controller, 40aH lithium-ion battery pack, two bullet cameras, 1TB NVR, audible siren, blue strobe light, lockable job box, English/Spanish warning labels, GPS tracking and Wi-Fi/cell service configuration. The entire assembly is mounted onto a skid platform with four leveling jacks, allowing operators to transport this portable security tower from location to location.

Bullet Cameras:ÊTwo bullet cameras provide operators with high resolution images. Operators can rotate and point the cameras in any direction when monitoring remote areas.

The outdoor security cameras comply with the 2019 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The regulation bans federal governments, their contractors and businesses with national security interests from buying and using surveillance equipment made by specific major China-based manufacturers, including Hikvision, Dahua and their OEMs. Security products sold by Honeywell, Bosch, Panasonic, ADT, Flir and many more are affected by the ban. NDAA compliance also includes a ban on ZTE, Huawei and Hytera telecommunication equipment.

NVR: The security tower contains a 4-port NVR that can be used with the network cameras. Setup only takes minutes via plug-and-play, which automatically detects, displays and configures system components. With multiple recording modes (Schedule, Continuous, Motion Detection and Event) and 1TB of storage, users could capture hours of footage with ease. The remote configurable network recorder features a bit rate of 40Mbps incoming and 80Mbps outgoing at up to 60fps per channel. To maximize storage, the unit supports H.265, H.264, and H.264 OVC video compression.

The network recorder is compatible with two-way audio streaming (camera dependent) and includes 9 ethernet ports (RJ-45 interface). During recording, the unit handles the following data: activity log, email notification, event log, event notification, video analytics and event search. This device offloads videos in MP4 format. Cameras hooked up to the NVR may use power directly via PoE (802.3af / 802.3at) during operation. The NVR runs on 100 - 240V AC of power and is suitable for use in temperatures between 14¡F - 131¡F. This unit is supported by a 14" HD screen with an anti-glare monitor and mouse.

NVR Inputs: (1) RCA, 4 Sensor Inputs

NVR Outputs: (1) RCA, (1) VGA, (1) HDMI, (1) USB 2.0 (front), (1) USB 3.0 (rear)

Connectivity: The SPLT-SMJB-0.3K-2XMP-1TB-ISGG-W4G-M1Êfeatures GPS tracking for system location monitoring and security. This system offers Wi-Fi/cell service configuration for remote or local viewing of data.

Siren/Strobe Light: This system features an audible siren for audio-based notification and a blue strobe light located at the top of the mast.

Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current applied and emitting light. With LED lights, there is no warm up time or cool down time before re-striking and provide instant illumination when powered on, adding to the reliability of LED technology. By nature, LED light sources run significantly cooler than traditional lamps, reducing the chance of accidental burns and increased temperatures due to heat emissions. This solid state design of light emitting diodes provides a more reliable, stable, durable, and energy efficient light source over traditional lighting.

Light Mast: This three stage steel light mast from Larson Electronics is designed to allow operators to quickly and safely deploy equipment in locations where it must be elevated to heights up to 16` for effective coverage. Once the desired height is reached, the mast can be locked in place. The mast is extended to its full height manually.

When elevated to its full upright position, the mast can be rotated a full 360¡. By loosening the T-Handle, operators can rotate the mast in either direction. The mast can be positioned in one of four different positions, and locked back in place by re-tightening the T-handle. The mast itself spins freely with easy, and can typically be rotated with a single hand. The LM series of towers are powder coated with glossy blue finish for corrosion resistance and aesthetics.

The LM family of telescoping towers feature a proprietary mast guidance system, which provide increased stability during high winds. Four 600 lb hand crank leveling jacks are used for leveling. When lowered to a collapsed position, the mast can withstand winds up to 125 mph. Custom builds can be provided for higher wind speed resistance when fully raised.

Solar Panel Assembly: This unit is comprised of one 300-watt solar panel, generating a total maximum output of 0.3 KW. The panel is mounted to the stationary assembly and can be locked at an angle for optimized light intake. The panel is wired to the solar charger control box, which manages the charging system and hosts a 20aH charge controller. Operators are provided access to a 40aH lithium-ion battery pack (40aH total capacity/40aH usable).

Backup Generator: A 2.5kW gasoline generator is available on the system, which serves as backup power when sunlight is insufficient. We offer models with LPG/LNG or diesel backup gensets (may come with additional costs). An auto start feature automatically activates the backup generator when the battery bank reaches below 30% capacity. This backup generator provides 120V power and features one 30-amp L5-30R and one TT-30R receptacles.

Component Control Center: All the electrical components are encapsulated in a job box that is bolted to the skid platform The job box that contains the component control system includes locks for security purposes.

Skid Mount Assembly: All system components are secured on a heavy-duty skid platform. Operators can transport and load/unload the entire assembly with a forklift. There are no skid pockets or lifting eyelets on the unit. Four 600 lb rated leveling jacks are available for stable deployment. The leveling jacks can be rotated (along with folded solar panels and collapsed mast) for seamless storage.
