This fan-cooled unit features three-phase 400-480V AC input voltage and 480V AC output voltage compatability (180-amp output current). The NEMA 3R device supports six digital inputs, three digital outputs, two analog inputs/outputs and a total of five operating modes: Closed Loop Vector Control (with encoder option), Open Loop Vector Control, Speed Control (V/Hz), Torque Control (constant) and Torque Control (variable). The VFD-400.480-3P-180A-N3R offers accurate AC motor control in industrial facilities. This unit is compatible with three-phase 400-480V AC input voltage and 480V AC output. Designed for steady speed error, fast torque rise and protection from resonance vibrations, the device provides an output current of 180 amps and an operating frequency range of 0 - 500 Hz with a switching frequency range of 4 - 16 kHz. This 150-horsepower unit comes with a total of six digital inputs (12 - 24V DC) and three relay outputs (12 to 250V AC or max 30V DC), as well as two analog inputs (0 - 10V DC, 4 - 20 mA) and two analog outputs (4 - 20 mA). This VFD comes with several features to improve motor control. The unit comes with seven preset speeds and three critical speed lockout bands. Operators can set ramp to stop or coast to stop options. For fault functions, the VFD offers the following pre-programmed features: AI (1,2 loss), encoder error, panel loss, assistant external fault, motor thermal protection, stall protection, underload, motor phase loss, ground fault and communications fault. The unit also comes with standard pre-programmed safety features: overcurrent, short circuit/ground fault, overvoltage, undervoltage, input phase loss/output miswiring, drive and motor overtemperature, internal fault, overspeed and input power to output. For streamlined operation, the VFD comes with a full graphic and multilingual display with a real-time clock and assistant interface. The VFD-400.480-3P-180A-N3R protected by a NEMA 3R rated enclosure, allowing the unit to be used in indoor or outdoor locations. Operators may mount the variable frequency drive on compatible surfaces. This device measures 26.6" x 10.4" x 15.8" and weighs 152 lbs.
