This LED light produces a beam in the 940nm wavelength while drawing 1 amp at 12 volts. This waterproof infrared LED stop light light is fully sealed within a weatherproof aluminum chassis fixture that features a very small profile for easy and unobtrusive mounting in tight and space limited areas. This LED light is rated waterproof to 60 meters and is ideal for military applications. These lights feature a small 4.25 inch diameter profile that lends itself well to a wide variety of applications both utilitarian and asthetic. Flood configurations are ideal for vehicle stop lights while spot configurations are better suited for narrow beams. These lights are ideal for use as stop lights, tailights, or indicator lights on vehicles where covert operations require the ability to run vehicles under blacked out conditions, yet maintain their visibility to friendly personnel through the use of night vision equipment. These units are fully sealed, weatherproof, and constructed of aluminum with stainless steel hardware for durability and corrosion resistance. Measuring only 4.25" in diameter and 1.25” in total thickness, these compact units are designed for surface mounting in either interior or exterior applications. The 940nm light output at approximately 12 watts @1 amp draw of these LED lights makes them ideal for applications where power management is critical. Waterproof to 60 meters for extreme environments, these versatile LED lights are mounted via three screws and a 3/8 inch hole for wiring. The LEDs are housed within a hard anodized and powder coated aluminum chassis that provides excellent strength and durability. This LED light has a 4 foot wire terminated in a female 2 pin Deutsch connector. The male plug parts are included for attachment. This light can be operated on voltages ranging from 9 to 42 VDC without the need for any extra hardware. The light will sense the voltage and adjust the current sent to the LED accordingly.
