The LM-SMWB-ELM100-7S-FE-90LB-M1 Self-Contained Megatowerª from Larson Electronics is a heavy-duty electric mast that provides a safe and effective way for operators to quickly deploy lights, cameras, and other equipment to elevations up to 100'. Equipped with a NEMA 3R rated control panel, the mast can be installed and used indoors or outdoors and requires customer-provided concrete pads for proper installation. The LM-SMWB-ELM100-7S-FE-90LB-M1 features a payload capacity of 90 lb and is fully galvanized.

The LM-SMWB-ELM100-7S-FE-90LB-M1 equipment tower is a self-contained tower package. This unit operates on single-phase 208-240 V AC, 60 Hz (three phase and other voltages are available) and includes an electric telescoping light mast which can elevate up to 90 lb of equipment to heights up to 100'. This mobile tower package is ideal for large scale event illumination, construction, mining, industrial operations, and more.

This telescoping seven stage equipment mast from Larson Electronics is designed to allow operators to quickly and safely deploy up to 90 lb of lights, cameras, antennas and other equipment to heights up to 100'. This light boom can be collapsed to 21.2' for applications where a smaller footprint is required. The tower is constructed of heat treated aluminum tubing. The mast is elevated using an included electric hoist system.

The tower does not have a mast head for mounting customer-provided equipment. We can include and customize one at an additional cost.

Telescoping Boom: The telescoping boom is constructed of heat treated aluminum with a galvanized finish and extends up to 100'. This boom is raised and lowered via an electric hoist. A safety limit switch prevents the tower from being extended when not in a fully vertical position. We recommend adding guy wires to the mast in an extended position when deployed in high wind environments.

Wiring/Controls: A NEMA 3R rated control panel with NRTL listed to UL508A and CSA C22.2 No 14 rated controls is available on the side of the base and allows the mast to be installed and used outdoors. This control panel allows operators to change the horizontal and vertical orientations of the mast, as well as raising and lowering the tower. An electronic stop feature is activated when the mast reaches full height. It is possible to lower and extend the height of the mast at any point in between its minimum and maximum heights. We can install sensors or pre-programmed settings for raising at specific heights (this feature comes with additional costs).

Base: The mast system has a 92" x 92" weighted base, which requires customers to install one concrete pad for stability. A second section must also be installed for the mast catcher. A single concrete pad is sufficient or two separate pads with a smaller pad for the mast catcher. The mast system is then installed on the concrete pad(s) via customer provided anchor bolts through the bast of the mast.

Custom builds can be provided for higher wind speed resistance when fully raised. We also offer a choice of finishing, equipped light heads, and with or without gensets. These towers can be fitted with Larson Electronics line of high output light heads, or with a customized mast head to meet the mounting requirements for your equipment. Optional diesel generators and fuel cells can be equipped from factory, or retrofitted after purchase.
