T8 to T12HO Socket Converter. Ten sockets included with each order. In order for the T12HO to function, operator must first change out the T8 ballast to a T12HO ballast and use these sockets to mount the T12HO bulb in the standard T8 socket. The pin configuration is for a T8 socket and inside the socket you can fit a T12HO bulb. This is a very inexpensive option to consider when changing over from the old T8 fluorescent to the newer, more efficient T12HO configuration.
