The FL-LED-X2-DFX from Larson Electronics is a Rechargeable Multi-Function Dual Light Flashlight that produces 650 lumens of CREE¨ LED illumination for long range vision up to 902 feet, in combination with a 200 lumen unfocused floodlight integrated into the housing for applications that need up-close illumination. This dual-light flashlight can use both the flashlight and floodlight simultaneously or separately for maximum versatility during operations, and is waterproof, impact and chemical resistant, and operates on a lithium-ion rechargeable battery, with a magnetic base for hands-free operation. Light Features: Measuring 9.5” long with a 1.6” light head diameter and 1.2” handle diameter and weighing a mere 10.9 oz, the FL-LED-X2-DFX multipurpose rechargeable flashlight is lightweight and easy to carry and maneuver. Its slim design means that it can be easily carried under the arm, used with one hand while the other hand is kept free, and tucked away in a glove box or beside the seat when not in use. The FL-LED-X2-DFX Recharageable Multi-Function Dual Light Flashlight is a duty-size flashlight that features two light configurations - a flashlight paired with a high-efficiency deep parabolic reflector that produces a sharp beam reaching a distance over 902 feet, and a floodlight for closer widely dispersed light. Both the flashlight and floodlight can be turned on at the same time, or separately. A flashlight switch allows operators to choose momentary, constant-on, disorienting strobe, and user-selectable modes including high, medium and low brightness settings. A second switch operates the floodlight which can be turned on or off. Both lights utilize CREE¨ LEDs which provide a 50,000 hour lifespan and high output. The flashlight mode provides a throw of over 902’ with 650 lumens on the high setting, 656’ at 300 lumens on medium, and 479’ at 150 lumens on low. The floodlight, which is integrated into the side of the light housing and set at a 90¡ angle from the flashlight beam, provides 200 lumens of unfocused close range illumination that covers a larger area. Flashlight/flood mode provides 400 lumens from both the flashlight beam and the integrated floodlight. LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied, providing instant illumination with no warm up or cool down time before re-striking. And recycling simultaneously reduces operating costs by eliminating the need for the expensive special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps. Battery/Charging: The rechargeable lithium ion battery powers the flashlight for up to 3 hours on high, 6 hours on medium, and 14 hours on low. Flood only has a runtime of 5.5 hours and dual flashlight/flood mode has a runtime of 5 hours. The strobe feature will run continuously for 6 hours. Recharging from a fully depleted state typically takes 4 hours. The FL-LED-X2-DFX is shipped with both an AC and DC power supply, and a vehicle mountable 12V DC charger. Recharging from a fully depleted state takes 6 hours. Durability: The housing of this rechargeable dual-light flashlight is constructed of red glass-filled nylon polymer and features an aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum tail-cap and a bezel. A Type III hard coat anodized finish provides corrosion resistance, heat and flame resistance, protection from heavy duty wear and tear as well as the ability to withstand impacts and vibrations.
