The Larson Electronics MPD-SR-CS.50AB-SV0SV-ZZ-1.TVS-2.L05-6.N09-M1 is a Portable Spider Box for indoor applications. This unit allows operators to use single-phase 120V AC power via an 8` SOOW line-in cord with a male plug. The device is equipped with a surge suppressor and eight output receptacles for 125V equipment. For robust protection, the spider box is NEMA 1 rated.

This portable spider box has an 8` #8/3 AWG Type SOOW cord with a 50-amp CS6361C 125V California Standard twist-lock male plug for bringing power into the unit. The device supports two 30-amp 1-pole 250V main circuit breakers protecting two 30-amp L5-30R 125V NEMA twist-lock receptacles and six 20-amp 1-pole 125V main circuit breakers protecting six 20-amp 5-20R 125V NEMA duplex receptacles. Equipped with a surge suppressor, the GFI trip level is set to 4-6 mA with a maximum trip time of 25 mS. The MPD-SR-CS.50AB-SV0SV-ZZ-1.TVS-2.L05-6.N09-M1 spider box features short circuit, overload, open neutral and reverse phasing protection. Should circuit overload occur, the unit will automatically shut down to protect the spider box from damage.

The housing on the MPD-SR-CS.50AB-SV0SV-ZZ-1.TVS-2.L05-6.N09-M1 is constructed of steel with a NEMA 1 enclosure rating. This device features heavy-duty impact/flame resistant weatherproof covers. Rubber legs at the base of the unit promotes stability during use.

Certification: All units are built in accordance to NFPA 70 (National Electric Code). This equipment is NEMA 1 rated for indoor use. NEMA 3R, 4 and NEMA 4X equipment are available upon request.
