Made in the USA The Larson Electronics MPD-225K -200A- GFI.50.100.200-30K-100A-5X120.20 power distribution system gives the operator several GFI protected connectors to choose from, including (1) 50-amp, (1) 100-amp, and (1) 200-amp female pin and sleeve connectors for three phase power and (5) 120V, 20-amp duplex outlets for single phase power. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO POWER DISTRIBUTION PANELS, TRANSFORMERS, OR SUBSTATIONS* Primary voltage is brought into a NEMA 3R 225KVA 480-Delta to 480-Wye transformer to derive a neutral. This feeds a 480/277VAC, 200-amp main breaker panel that contains (1) 50-amp, (1) 100-amp, (1) 200-amp, and (1) 60-amp breaker. Each breaker in this panel protects GFI systems, including a PGFS05456 North Shore Safety (50-amp), Bender LG2-100-480-3/4-C-4X-P GFI (100-amp) and Bender LG2-200-480-3/4-D-4X-P GFI (200-amp). The GFI systems protect (1) Hubbell HBL560C7W connector with 24" cable (50-amp), (1) Hubbell HBL5100C7W connector with 24" cable (100-amp), and (1) Hubbell M5200CS1 connector with 24" cable (200-amp). The 200-amp connector and GFI system will be fed off the 200-amp main circuit breaker via a feed-through buss. The 200-amp main breaker panel also feeds a 30 KVA 480-Delta to 120/208Y NEMA 3R transformer via (1) 60-amp breaker. This transformer feeds a 100-amp main circuit breaker panel that contains (5) 20-amp breakers, protecting (5) 120VAC, 20-amp GFCI duplex receptacle boxes with waterproof covers. Unlike many portable power distribution boxes made of plastic and utilizing thin gauge, low grade metals in their construction, this unit is designed for serious use and is ruggedly constructed to withstand demanding conditions and heavy duty industrial applications. The transformer and load assembly is mounted on a 3/16" thick carbon steel mounting platform and the load center/distribution assembly is mounted to the standard 2" x 2" x 1/8" square carbon steel tubing frame, resulting in an extremely stable, durable and well protected power distribution platform. This model is equipped with forklift skid pockets, locking polyurethane casters, and a top located lifting eyelet which allows easy lifting with cable or chain hooks. This can be replaced for an additional cost with stainless steel, hot dip galvanized steel, or aluminum depending on the customer’s needs. Larger units are available upon request and can be equipped with skids or trailer mounted.
