Made in the USA The Larson Electronics MPD-75KVA-120.208-WC power distribution system enables operators to tap into 480V 3 phase primary power and distribute three phase 208 volt and 120 volt. This portable transformer is mounted to an upright cart. This portable power distribution system enables operators to connect a customer cable to their 480V three phase power source. Customer provides their own disconnect on the primary side to protect the NEMA 3R 480V to 120/208Y transformer. The transformer passes power to the secondary side with three phase 120/208Y output. The transformer is mounted on a 3/16" thick carbon steel mounting platform and the load center/distribution assembly is mounted to a 2" by 2" by 1/8" thick square carbon steel tubing frame, resulting in an extremely stable, durable and well protected power distribution platform. The entire frame is powder coated with glossy blue finish for corrosion resistances and aesthetics. This model is equipped with forklift skid pockets and a top located lifting eyelet which allows easy lifting with cable or chain hooks. This can be replaced for an additional cost with stainless steel, hot dip galvanized steel, or aluminum depending on the customer’s needs. This unit is weatherproof and ideal for use in applications including but not limited to; plant maintenance, welding stations, trade shows, exhibits and marine applications. These units are popularly used in locations where external power sources are often necessary and work well in combination with generators or grid power.
