Constructed to be weather and oil resistant, this T8 drop light sacrifices no light output or quality to obtain these features. The Larson Electronics FTL-5 is shock resistant, making it durable enough to withstand minor drops, falls, and rough handling. Equipped with a 25 watt T8 lamp or a T12 lamp, this task light is designed to operate at cooler operating temperatures than conventional incandescent and T12HO fluorescent lights to reduce the chance of fire and burns. The built-in reflector provides a wide, glare free, and shadowless light field of bright white light. This drop light comes standard with a set of drop hooks to allow users to conveniently hang the unit overhead anywhere illumination is needed. The FTL-5 is equipped with 25 foot of SJTO cable, making this drop light versatile and provides the operator with plenty of length for moving the light around the workspace. A build in push button switch at the end of the fixture allows operators to easily turn the lamp on or off without unplugging the cord.
