Explosion Proof On/Off Tumbler Switch. Feed-Through Tumbler switch, front-operated; Dust-ignition proof fixture. 5 Amp Rated. This particular unit is rated at 5 amps and accepts currents ranging from 12-24V AC/DC. The wiring hub is offered in 1/2" or 3/4" and the unit is a feed through model. The unit has a rocker switch which allows locking of the ON/OFF position. The unit is constructed of non-sparking aluminum body and is triple coated. The lever is connected to a threaded stainless steel shaft that passes through the faceplate. This front level rotary style switch allows for padlocking in the on or off position. The entire unit is completely corrosion resistant. The unit box, switch, and face plate are all included with the product. These switches are ideal for installation in; chemical plants, petrochemical plants, refineries, and other process industries.
