The EXHL-TRN-RPS-LE4-FKWL-WHT-M produces 2,250 lumens of intense white LED light for real-time visual notification of forklift operations. This 25-watt rechargeable unit, which operates on a 8.8aH lithium ion rechargeable battery, features a small form factor (SFF) design for easy installation in tight spaces and non-intrusive operation in busy facilities, making it ideal for applications where electrical power and mounting space is at a premium. Five 5-watt white LEDs producing 450 lumens each are combined with high purity optics to produce a narrow 5¡ degree spread spot beam which provides increased visibility and illumination during lowlight conditiosn. An adjustable magnet mount mechanism allows operators to control the direction of the beam by tilting the unit towards the desired target. Heat Management: Heat is the single largest factor in premature LED failure and color shifting. These LED units contain advanced drivers which use pulse width modulation to control heat buildup rather than simple voltage regulators which are typically harsh on sensitive electronics and can contribute to early LED failure.
