The EHL-LED-7W-100LV-EPP from Larson Electronics is an Explosion Proof Low Voltage AC LED Drop Light / Trouble Light that is UL Listed Class I Divisions 1 & 2 Groups C and D - and is ideal for general work activities in hazardous locations requiring explosion proof protection.

This 10 watt explosion proof LED work light produces 1050 lumens of bright white light and comes complete with 100 feet of explosion proof cord. The EHL-LED-7W-100LV-EPP LED drop light has no ballast and the housing is constructed of non sparking aluminum which results in a very lightweight unit. This hazardous location hand lamp is Class I Divisions 1 and 2 and Class II Divisions 1 and 2 hazardous location environment approved. The LED lamp in this unit operates on low voltage 12V or 24V AC/DC. This explosion proof LED drop light is ideal for hazardous work areas where a ready source of easily managed lighting is desired.

This 10 watt LED drop light is suitable for use in areas where petrochemical vapors and various dusts are present and projects 1050 lumens of light, which is twice the lumens per watt output of a 100 watt incandescent bulb. This unit is rated Class I Division 1 and comes complete with 100` of SOOW 16/3 AWG cord ending in a 5-15 straight blade plug.

This hand lamp has a high efficiency LED bulb that requires no ballast, so the operator doesn`t need to drag the ballast housing around. This can be particularly annoying when the transformer becomes entangled in the cord. The light produced by this unit has a 6000k color temperature, which is much sharper and whiter than the light produced by incandescent lamps. The light produced by this lamp is ideal for close work and inspection activities where good contrast and true color representation is needed. The LED lamp in this unit runs much cooler than incandescent or fluorescent lamps, resulting in a lamp housing that remains cool to the touch and eliminates the accidental burns often encountered with incandescent drop lights.

Wiring and Plug: This portable explosion proof LED drop light is equipped with 100 feet of 16/3 chemical and abrasion resistant SOOW cord that is fitted with an explosion proof cord cap for easy connection to explosion proof outlets. Plug options include C1D1 rated 5-15 15 amp straight blade plug for 110-125V outlets with ground, C1D1 rated 5-20 20 amp straight blade plug for 110-125V outlets with ground, and C1D1 rated 6-20 20 amp straight blade plug for 220-250V outlets with ground. These explosion proof plugs must be mated with the appropriate explosion proof outlet to retain the C1D1 rating. Please choose cord cap option below.

Voltage: This light is universal voltage capable and can be operated with 12V or 24V AC/DC. We also offer a high voltage version of this LED fixture that operates on 100-277V AC.
