Made in the USA The Larson Electronics EPJ-4-ALU Explosion Proof Enclosure offers reliable protection for compact instruments inside flammable work sites. This explosion proof accessory is made out of copper-free aluminum and features an X type outlet body configuration. Operators are provided access to four, 3/4" NPT hubs on the sides of the device. The EPJ-4-ALU is a sturdy explosion proof outlet body with a cover. This unit features 19 cubic inches of volume and an X type outlet body (round). Equipped with an internally threaded cover, the opening of the explosion proof device measures 2.6875" (diameter) and comes with a flat back type for secure installations. This explosion proof accessory is constructed of copper-free aluminum. The Class I, II and III rated unit adheres to F-28675 milspec standards. Mounting/Wiring: The EPJ-4-ALU is compatible with surface or conduit mount configurations. A total of four, 3/4" NPT hubs are available for completing connections to the unit.
