Made in the USA The Larson Electronics EPL-AEB-18.30.8 explosion proof enclosure provides operators with a Class 1 and 2, Division 1 and 2 cast aluminum enclosure designed to hold electrical equipment up to 18" by 30" by 8" in size. This explosion proof enclosure is ideal for indoor or outdoor applications where flammable vapors, gases, or dusts exist or stand the potential to exist. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO EXPLOSION PROOF ENCLOSURES* The EPL-AEB-18.30.8 explosion proof enclosure is made of cast aluminum, is equipped with stainless steel hinge and bolts, and includes a watertight gasket for a NEMA 4X protection rating. The internal cavity of this flameproof enclosure measures 18" in length by 30" in width by 8" in height. A removable backplate for easy mounting of equipment outside of the enclosure can be provided at an additional cost. Mounting is provided by four ears, two per side of the enclosure.
