The unit gives operators the ability to power their 480 volt and 120 volt equipment from a single system. On the primary side, operators connect 480 volt line-in power via a customer provided cord. Operators connect 480V equipment to two, 60-amp 480V FSQC5640 Class I, Division 1 receptacles. On the secondary side, operators connect to six, 20-amp 120V Class I, Division 1 receptacles for their 120V equipment. All receptacles are panel mounted. Operation: A customer provided line-in cord brings 480V three phase power to the 125-amp rated 480V three phase main panel that is rated for Class I, Division 2 and Class I, Zone 1 & 2 facilities, which contains two 60-amp breakers protecting two 60-amp 480V FSQC5640 receptacles. The 15 KVA transformer converts 480V three phase power to 208Y/120V three phase and passes the current to the secondary panel that is rated for Class I, Division 2 and Class I, Zone 1 & 2 facilities. The secondary side of the transformer feeds a 41.6-amp rated 208Y/120V three phase main lug panel. This secondary panel contains six 20-amp 120V breakers protecting six, 20-amp 120V receptacles. All receptacles are equipped with weatherproof covers. Certification: Larson Electronics is a UL 1640 panel shop and certified to build portable power distribution systems.
