Made in Texas The Larson Electronics TX-240V.3P-400A-75KVA-480V.3P-100A 75 KVA transformer converts 240V AC input voltage and steps it up to 480V output voltage. This unit provides operators the ability to safely tap into and distribute 240V AC power from a variety of sources including generators and direct grid power. The TX-240V.3P-400A-75KVA-480V.3P-100A portable transformer from Larson Electronics is designed for portability and convenience as well as durability. Featuring a weatherproof construction, the TX-240V.3P-400A-75KVA-480V.3P-100A is ideal for powering equipment and lighting in in construction, entertainment, job-site, marine, and outdoor locations where 480V power is not readily available. A customer provided line-in cord brings 240V three phase power to the NEMA 3R 400-amp 240V three phase primary disconnect, which contains three, 400-amp time delay fuses and passes 240V three phase through to the NEMA 3R 75 KVA transformer. The NEMA 3R 75 KVA transformer converts 240V three phase power to 480V three phase and passes the current to the secondary disconnect. This secondary disconnect contains three, 100-amp 480V time delay fuses. Certification: Larson Electronics is a UL 1640 panel shop and certified to build portable power distribution systems. All units are built in accordance to NFPA 70 (National Electric Code). All equipment is NEMA 3R rated for indoor and outdoor use and provide a degree of protection against dirt, water, and ice. NEMA 4 and NEMA 4x equipment can be equipped upon request. Applications: This transformer is ideal for indoor or outdoor use and applications including but not limited to, construction sites, plant maintenance, plant turnarounds, shows, exhibits, and shipyard operations.
