Made in the USA The Larson Electronics MGS-75KVA-10X120.100-6X120.20-WC power distribution system enables operators to tap into 480V power and use their single phase 240 volt and 120 volt tools and equipment. With 600-amp service on the secondary side, operators can choose between six 5-20R GFI outlets and six 100-amp, 120V breakers to tie off equipment. This portable power distribution system enables operators to connect a 10` line-in cable to their 480V three phase power source. The 100-amp NEMA 3R three phase disconnect protects the NEMA 3R 480V to 240/120V transformer. The transformer passes power to a 600-amp main breaker secondary panel. The 600-amp main breaker protects six 20-amp, 120V breakers and ten 100-amp, 120V breakers. The 20-amp breakers are protecting six 120V GFCI 5-20 receptacles with hinged watertight covers. Click Photo to Enlarge Click Photo to Enlarge Click Photo to Enlarge Unlike many portable power distribution boxes made of plastic and utilizing thin gauge, low grade metals in their construction, this unit is designed for serious use and is ruggedly constructed to withstand demanding conditions and heavy duty industrial applications. The transformer is mounted on a 3/16" thick carbon steel mounting platform and the load center/distribution assembly is mounted to a 2" by 2" by 1/8" thick square carbon steel tubing frame, resulting in an extremely stable, durable and well protected power distribution platform. The entire frame is powder coated with glossy blue finish for corrosion resistances and aesthetics. This model is equipped with forklift skid pockets and a top located lifting eyelet which allows easy lifting with cable or chain hooks. This can be replaced for an additional cost with stainless steel, hot dip galvanized steel, or aluminum depending on the customer’s needs. This unit is weatherproof and ideal for use in applications including but not limited to; plant maintenance, welding stations, trade shows, exhibits and marine applications. These units are popularly used in locations where external power sources are often necessary and work well in combination with generators or grid power. Larson Electronics is a manufacturer and as such can build transformers to your specifications. Although we carry several models of power distribution systems, we can deliver custom ordered units almost as quickly as our prebuilt units.
