Buy American Compliant The Larson Electronics LEDLB-24SD-C LED Light Bar offers high light output in a light weight, durable, low profile housing combined with versatile mounting and power options. This IP67 rated LED light bar is waterproof to one meter and produces 4,320 lumens while drawing only 72 watts of power @6 amps from a 12 volt electrical system. This light can run on any voltage from 9 to 42 volts and can be configured to produce Red, Green, Amber, Blue or Infrared light. The LEDLB-24SD-C LED light bar from Larson Electronics produces a 575` long by 70` wide light beam with 4,320 lumens of Red, Green, Amber or Blue light while drawing only 72 watts @6 amps from a 12 volt electrical system. Twenty Four Edison Edixeon¨ Emitters containing CREE EZBright¨ three watt LEDs producing 180 lumens each are paired with high purity 10 degree optics to produce a tightly focused spot beam with limited spread or light spillage. We also offer optional floodlight versions with 35 degree optics to produce a wider beam spread approximately 300` long by 280` feet wide. These LED light bars are IP67 rated and waterproof to one meter, sealed against intrusion by dust and dirt and ruggedly constructed to withstand demanding environments and applications. The entire Larson Electronics LEDLB series are constructed of extruded aluminum and feature rubber isolated mounts and unbreakable polycarbonate lenses to provide durability and resistance to vibrations, impacts, waves, hard rains, sand and high winds. This LED light contains a specially designed board that enables operators to feed a pulse train or variable voltage to produce custom strobe sequences or various dimming scenarios. These LED lights are dimmable down to 2 percent, while most of our LED lights are only dimmable to 11% with our standard PWM (PWM-6). For example, using a variable voltage power supply, operators can feed a 7Hz pulse to the light and get 7Hz flash rate out. In addition to white light and infrared light, these 72 watt LED light is configurable with amber, blue, red or green LEDs. The spectrum bandwidth charts, defining center frequency are available for download. We are able to provide designers and operators precise control over the light while maintaining integrated drivers that continue to protect and optimize the LED package functionality with a separate control wire. If the green control wire is disconnected or grounded the lamp operates normally. If a voltage between1.8 to 40V positive relative to ground is applied to the control wire the lamp will turn off. The control wire input can be used for pulsing with a pulsing frequency range of DC to 1kHz with duty cycle range of 0 to 98% at 1kHz. Control input is inverted with a Pulse Width Modulator (PWM), for example if you applied a 90% PWM signal to the control pin, the lamp would be on for 10% of the time. Heat Management: Heat is the single largest factor in premature LED failure and color shifting. As a result, many manufacturers reduce the output of their LEDs to reduce the amount of heat produced. These LED light bars utilize an extruded aluminum housing that incorporates an advanced heat radiating fin design which dissipates heat efficiently to produce the maximum amount of power and longevity from the integrated Edison Edixeon¨ Emitters. The end result is more light and longer LED life with higher average lumen maintenance after 50,000 hours. Voltage Control: These units are able to monitor and adjust input current to maintain the correct LED voltage levels regardless of input levels ranging from 9 to 42 VDC. These LEDLB series light bars can operate on current ranging from 9 to 42 VDC without any modifications necessary as a result. This multi-voltage capability makes these units ideal for mobile and stand alone applications such as those found on boats, heavy equipment and vehicles where power systems don’t always operate with 12 volts and external generators, transformers or inverters are impractical. LEDLB-24SD-C 35¡ Flood Beam(Opt) LEDLB-24SD-C 10¡ Spot Beam(Stnd) Durability: The LEDLB series of LED light bars from Larson Electronics are lighter and smaller than our LEDLB-E extreme series and offer IP67 rated construction that is designed to withstand tough environmental and operating conditions. These units can operate in temperatures ranging from -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, are waterproof to one meter and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The housings are formed from extruded aluminum, the hardware is stainless steel and the lenses are unbreakable polycarbonate. The Edixeon¨ LEDs offer inherent LED resistance to shocks and vibrations, contributing to these units 15.6Grms rating of vibration tolerance. These LEDLB series light bars are ideal for use in marine environments as well as industrial and commercial settings. Mounting: These LEDLB light bars feature a smaller profile and lighter weight than our LEDLB-E series lights, making them ideal for use in locations where traditional lights cannot fit or would block other mounted equipment. Larson Electronics LEDLB series light bars are equipped standard with aluminum mounting blocks which slide within the aluminum housing to allow users to adjust their positioning to match existing or user drilled mounting holes. Each aluminum mounting block has an integrated rubber bushing to absorb vibrations and shocks. To secure the lights in place users simply slide the mounting bolts through the aluminum mounting block and rubber isolator, through the mounting surface, then secure the bolt with a locking nut on the opposite side of the mounting surface. In this LED emitter light bar model, an additional mounting option is provided. The adjustable, shock insulated mounts are attached to a simple, inverted u-bracket type mount. The LED light bar can then be mounted via a single 3/8 bolt through the center of the bracket. We also offer a BC-2 bar clamp mounting system you can view here for even greater mounting versatility. Note: Most Larson Electronics LEDLB, LEDP3W, LEDP10W, and LED10W series LED spotlights and floodlights are terminated with a Deutsch IPD / LADD DT04-2P connector. The mating connector plug is DT06-2S. Most LEDLB and LED10W series lights ship with mating connector as part of a harness or pigtail, depending on the model. Some larger LED lights like the LEDLB-160X2 or LEDLB-200X2 or multiple function LED lights (i.e. high/low beam, modulating, IR/Visible combos) will have different Deutsch connectors.
