This portable LED light tower has a removable LED light heads mounted on top of a four leg aluminum quadpod for easy positioning of the unit from one area of the workspace to another. The LED light head on this unit produces a wide flood pattern of light that is ideal for illuminating work areas such as construction sites and flagger stations as well as emergency scenes and events. This light is designed for heavy duty use in demanding conditions including emergency services, mining, construction, marine, and industrial operations where durability and reliability is critical. LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. This portable LED light is comprised of a single removable LED light head measuring 4.68 inches in length, 4.3 inches in height, 3.5 inches in depth, and weighing less than 5 pounds mounted atop a four leg quadpod fabricated from lightweight aluminum. This adjustable and collapsible quadpod pod can be extended to fourteen feet and collapsed to five feet and is secured in position with T-handle lock screws. The LED light fixture can be removed by releasing the hand knob and sliding the light and mounting bracket off of the center support while the legs can be collapsed, aiding in deployment, storage and transport. The LED lamp can be easily adjusted up or down locked into position for optimal light placement. The lamp housing on this light is weatherproof with an IP68 rating. This light contains one Larson Electronics LEDP10W-40X2E light head, featuring four CREE XLamp MC-E¨ ten watt LEDs producing 344 lumens each. These LEDs are arranged in rows and paired with high purity optics to produce 3,440 lumens per head and a 40 degree flood beam while only drawing 0.34 amps on 120V, making these units ideal for use as highly efficient yet powerful work and area lights.
