The Larson Electronics MT-TX-DC-180V-3.6KVA-120V-30A-N3R Weatherproof DC to DC Step-up Transformer converts 180V DC electrical current to 120V DC at 30Êamps max. This converter includes terminal block connections for input/output terminations. The unit takes 180Êvolts DC and converts it to 120Êvolts DC, allowing users to use 120V DC power to operate equipment like our LED light bars and Golights.

The MT-TX-DC-180V-3.6KVA-120V-30A-N3R power converter provides a safe and effective way for users to tap into and utilize 180V DC power sources and step up this current to 120V DC. This unit can be operated with 180V DC input current and will output 120V DC current to power lights and equipment up to 3600Êwatts. The small size of this unit makes it ideal for indoor-outdoor operation of Larson Electronics LED light bars, Golights and other equipment that requires 120V DC current in locations where 180V DC power is readily available.

Features: The MT-TX-DC-180V-3.6KVA-120V-30A-N3R converter can be operated with 180V DC. The unit converts this DC power input to 3600Êwatts, 120V DC at 30Êamps. This power device is equipped with a Class A/B EMC filter and utilizes fan cooling. The transformer is enclosed in a powder coated steel housing for durability. The power converter has a -40¡C to +65¡C operating temperature range. This converter is equipped with terminal block connections for input/output terminations. Operators can mount the unit on walls.

NOTE: In order to obtain the best performance and the longest operational life from these units, it is recommended that you do not exceed 75% of the unitÕs output amperage. To determine if this converter suits your desired application, add together the total wattage of the equipment you intend to use with this unit and divide this total by 120Êvolts to find the total amperage draw that will be placed upon the converter. Running these units at 100% of their capacity can create excess heat and lead to shortened converter life.
