The MPD-EP5-TB.250AB-YT0-2.T50-4.T43.U5.U3.U2-8.T19-M1 from Larson Electronics is a Power Distribution Panel that is designed for reliable, safe, and convenient power distribution at industrial work sites. This 250-amp unit provides three-phase 208/120V AC Wye via a NEMA 1 I-line panel with a skid base. The power distribution panel provides operators the ability to safely tap into and distribute 208/120V AC Wye power from a variety of sources including generators and direct grid power.

The MPD-EP5-TB.250AB-YT0-2.T50-4.T43.U5.U3.U2-8.T19-M1 power distribution panel provides a safe and reliable way for operators in industrial settings to tap into and utilize power sources independently of the work area. The MPD series of power distribution panels require operators to provide their own line-in cables for use. Knockouts located at the bottom of the unit are provided for convenient installation of operator-provided input and output cables.

The hinged panel is designed to operate with three-phase 208/120V AC Wye voltage. Power distribution for this unit runs 208/120V AC through a 250-amp panel. The NEMA 1 panel contains two 250-amp 3-pole 250V molded case circuit breakers protecting two 250A 208Y/120V terminal lug NEMA enclosures, four 125-amp 3-pole 250V molded case circuit breakers protecting four 125-amp 208Y/120V terminal lug NEMA enclosures, eight 50-amp 3-pole 250V earth-leakage circuit breakers protecting eight 50-amp 560R9W 208Y/120V IEC 60309 pin/sleeve receptacles, four 50-amp 1-pole 125V earth-leakage circuit breakers protecting four 50-amp CS6370 125V California Standard twist-lock receptacles, four 30-amp 1-pole 125V earth-leakage circuit breakers protecting four 30-amp 125V L5-30R NEMA twist-lock receptacles and four 20-amp 1-pole 120V earth-leakage circuit breakers protecting four 20-amp L5-20R 125V NEMA twist-lock receptacles.

Secured on a skid base, the power distribution system is constructed of steel with a polyester powder coated blue finish for durability against dirt, moisture and mild corrosion. This special coating creates a high-strength barrier for protection from accidental bumps and scratches. The TGIC polyester powder coat finish offers reliable resistance against chemicals, UV light (sun light) and degrading elements in outdoor locations. Our powder coating solution ensures robust color retention for many years without fading. Custom colors, such as blue (standard), black, desert tan or forest green, and galvanized finishes are available upon request. Non-standard powder coat colors or galvanized finishes may increase price and lead times.

We also offer similar power distribution panels on dolly carts with wheels, powder coated cube frames with lifting eyelets/skid pockets or stand-alone with handles for faster turnarounds and completion of temporary tasks.

Certification: All units are built in accordance to NFPA 70 (National Electric Code). This equipment is NEMA 1 rated for indoor use. NEMA 3 R, NEMA 4 and NEMA 4X equipment can be equipped upon request.

Grounding: Transformer is grounded to the frame and we provide a grounding lug on the frame for the earth ground.
