MADE IN THE USA This Larson Electronics 150KVA power distribution substation steps down 480V three phase power and makes available 120 volts via a 20-amp 5-20 weatherproof GFCI receptacle. This portable power distribution panel system also provides four ‘pin and sleeve’ 100-amp HBL4100R9W receptacles and one HBLCS8369 50-amp receptacle for 208Y service. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO POWER DISTRIBUTION PANELS, TRANSFORMERS, OR SUBSTATIONS* The customer provides line-in cable that brings 480V three phase power to the 200-amp three phase 480V NEMA 3R fused disconnect. The disconnect protects the NEMA 3R 150KVA 480V to 120/208Y transformer, which feeds the 400-amp main breaker NEMA 3R panel on the secondary side. The secondary panel main breaker protects four 100-amp, 208Y breakers, one 50-amp, 208Y breaker and one 20-amp, 120V breaker. The secondary side 208Y power is accessed via four pin/sleeve style 100-amp Hubbell receptacles and one 50-amp, 3-pole, 4-wire Hubbell receptacle with weatherproof cover. Finally, a single 5-20 GFCI receptacle with weatherproof cover provides 120 volt service. This entire frame is powder coated and is equipped with forklift skid pockets, four heavy duty polyurethane 8-inch casters and a top located lifting eyelet which allows easy lifting with cable or chain hooks. Applications: This power distribution system is ideal for indoor or outdoor use and applications including but not limited to, construction sites, plant maintenance, plant turnarounds, hazardous location operations, shows, exhibits, and shipyard operations. These power transformers are popularly used in applications where external power sources are often necessary and work well in combination with explosion proof lights and equipment. Larson Electronics is a manufacturer and as such can build portable transformer systems to your specifications. Although we carry several models of power distribution transformer systems, we can deliver custom ordered units almost as quickly as our prebuilt units.
