This waterproof LED equipped light is designed for routing traffic in industrial refueling stations and process status indication in manufacturing facilities. For automated operation, this LED signal light comes with a day/night motion sensor. The WAL-TL-1X12W-C-PA-DNMS LED warning light is an ideal indicator lighting solution for for industrial, marine, and manufacturing facilities. Equipped with a day/night motion sensor, the light housing is fully sealed within a waterproof aluminum chassis fixture that features a very small profile for easy and unobtrusive mounting in tight and space limited areas. The mounting plate is also made from aluminum and can be custom built to customer specifications. This colored LED indicator light provides white, red, amber, blue, or green light output options, has a 50,000 hour operational life, and is available in 120V or 240V AC. We also offer a 24V DC configuration for low voltage operation. This unit leverages cutting-edge microwave sensors to detect motion. When in use, the device sends out discreet waves that are reflected back from nearby walls and objects (not heat or light). Microwave sensors are not affected by line of sight, resulting in wider and more accurate coverage of the target area. By comparison, traditional infrared sensors can only detect heat and light (factors used to identify movement) within the unit’s field of view. Microwave sensors also provide stable performance in unpredictable climates and can penetrate glass, plastic and other non-metallic objects. Reach Setting: For best results, it is recommended to adjust the motion sensitivity of the unit by configuring the reach setting. Reach is the term used to describe the radius of the circular detection zone produced on the ground. After mounting the sensor at a height of 8.2 feet, operators can adjust each control to select distance sensitivity. This detection distance is measured using a person who is between 5.2 feet and 5.5 feet tall with an average build, moving at a speed of 1.0-1.5m/sec. If any of these variables are changed, the detection distance will also change. The sensor operates like a standard on/off light switch. The circuit is normally open when no motion is present. Once motion is detected, the internal switch changes to a closed circuit, allowing voltage to pass through the sensor and power the device(s) at the other end. The LED light is fully sealed, weatherproof, and constructed of aluminum with stainless steel hardware for durability and corrosion resistance. The LEDs are housed within a hard anodized and powder coated aluminum chassis that provides excellent strength and durability. Power is provided by individual conductors to allow independent operation of each lamp, making this unit ideal for fuel depots and manufacturing facilities where status indicators are necessary. This light can be operated on voltages ranging from 120 to 277 volts AC without the need for any extra hardware. The light will sense the voltage and adjust the current sent to the LED accordingly. This signal light fixture is configured for a single color light output. We offer large united with multiple fixtures for multiple signals. The WAL-TL series of lights offers exceptional lumen output, a 50,000+ hour life span, IP68 waterproof tested to 60 meters. The LED lamp in this warning light is 12 watts and offer cool operation and clean, bright output that surpasses that of 100 watt incandescent indicator lamps. Mounting is provided by a heavy gauge aluminum base with four predrilled holes designed to be bolted to walls and flat surfaces for permanent and secure attachment. The housing on this horn is constructed of heavy duty aluminum and the horn is formed fiberglass. The entire unit is finished in durable grey powder coat for resistance to corrosion, is weatherproof/dustproof, and NEMA4x and marine rated for wet environments. Wiring is through a 1/2" conduit access hub, and the unit can be ordered in 120-240VAC configuration for use with standard voltages. Mounting is via an omni directional bracket which allows mounting to flat surfaces and vertical adjustment of the horn for secure placement and optimum sound direction.
