Description
Designed for cutting electrically charged barbed wire. Insulated handles withstand high voltages up to 14,000 volt RMS. Cuts wire, cable and light chain to 3/16_, soft and medium hard metals to 1/4_ diameter. Cuts chain links up to Brinell 300, or Rockwell C31. A center cut tool with a special parrot beak jaw for ease in grasping wire and staples.
