Made in the USAThe Larson Electronics EPFLS-48-20X2L-UV-SS Explosion Proof Ultraviolet Fluorescent Flood Light System is U.S./Canada approved Class I Division 1 & 2 and Class II Division 1 & 2 rated. This UV curing system uses a special ballast and bulb combination to produce ultraviolet light in the UVA, UVB, or UVC wavelengths. This lighting system features 40 lamps, provides full 360¡ coverage, can be assembled inside tanks, and is designed for in field installment.The EPFLS-48-20X2L-UV-SS fixture is a 4.5 foot tall, 40 lamp, Class 1 Division 1 & 2 and Class 2 Division 1 & 2 explosion proof fluorescent lighting system that emits light in the ultraviolet spectrum. The EPFLS-48-20X2L-UV-SS is made to order and can be configured to produce UVA, UVB or UVC light which is typically used for curing coatings or adhesives, pest management or in germicidal applications. The lamps are protected by heat and impact resistant Pyrex tubes and the fixture is constructed of copper free aluminum alloy. The lamp reflectors are corrosion resistant heavy gauge aluminum coated with a high gloss reflective finish. The frame of this flood light system is constructed of stainless steel hardware. The entire curing system seperates into 20 seperate 4` 2-lamp fixtures, with 15` of 12/3 SOOW cable and seal off between each unit. This fixture can operate on voltages ranging from 120V-277V 50/60Hz and is UL Listed for use in paint spray booths. The EPFLS-48-20X2L-UV-SS provides operators in hazardous locations with a reliable and durable UV lighting solution that combines effective production of UV light with with explosion proof protection.Ultraviolet Wavelength Options:Ultraviolet A Wavelength produces a longer wave between the 400nm - 315nm spectrum.Ultraviolet B Wavelength produces a shorter wave than the UVA wavelength. These medium sized waves range from 315nm - 280nm.Ultraviolet C wavelength is reduced exceptionally. Some refer to this wave as the `germicidal` wave. The Ultraviolet C Wavelength ranges from 280nm - 100nm. Mounting/Installation: This flood lighting system consits of 20 4` 2-lamp fixtures. Each fixture has a back located stainless steel frame for installation onto the center frame assembly. 15` of 12/3 SOOW with EYS seal offs between each fixture allows operators to lower and install one fixture at a time through manways, allowing this flood lighting system to pass through 24" entry ways. Once inside the tank, operators secure each light fixture together with the provided stainless steel assembly bolts. Four center located J-hooks allow operators to coil up slack cable between light fixtures. 50` of 12/3 SOOW line-in cable is terminated in a 5-20 (125V) or 6-20 (250V) explosion proof cord cap.
