Made in Texas The Larson Electronics TX-3000VA-480.120-2XSO portable power distribution converts 480V AC 50/60 Hz input voltage and steps it down to 120V AC output voltage. This transformer features a 480V twist lock plug on the primary side and two 120V duplex receptacle with weatherproof flip cover on the secondary side. The TX-3000VA-480.120-2XSO temporary portable stepdown transformer from Larson Electronics is built to provide operators with a reliable means to step down commonly found 480V AC to 120V AC while also providing the versatility of allowing operation of standard voltage equipment. This portable power distribution transformer is designed for portability and convenience as well as durability. Featuring an elevated base platform for protection from standing water and weatherproof construction, the TX-3000VA-480.120-2XSO is ideal for powering 120V equipment and lighting in construction, entertainment, job-site, marine, and outdoor locations where 480V generators are providing the power. This portable transformer features two 120V 20A 5-20R duplex receptacles that provide sealed and secure connections for up to two devices. The maximum wattage for all receptacles is 3000W. In addition, the receptacles provide 120V for powering high voltage lighting and equipment without the need for running additional extension cords. Each receptacle feature a hinged watertight cover protecting the face from rain, water, and moisture when not in use. The housing on the TX-3000VA-480.120-2XSO is constructed from powder coated steel with a NEMA 3R enclosure rating. The angled base and low center of gravity ensure this low voltage transform does not tip over when in the field. The entire unit is powder coated with glossy blue finish for corrosion resistances and aesthetics. A top located adjustable carry handle allows operators to carry this unit through the workspace. A top located cord management system allows operators to roll up line-in cord when not in use, and roll up the extra slack in the power cable during use.
