This unit provides an effective power distribution system for operators performing plant turnarounds, maintenance and cleaning in hazardous areas, equipment installations and repairs, and any activities requiring an alternative to native power sources. This portable breaker panel is designed to operate with 120/240V single phase voltage. The power distribution on this portable panel runs 120/240V single phase through a 60-amp main lug only panel. One 60-amp 125/250V 460B12W pin/sleeve inlet receptacle is available for feeding power into the main lug only panel. The portable panel contains one 60-amp breaker protecting one 50-amp 250V 6-50R receptacle, two 30-amp breakers protecting two 30-amp 250V 6-30R receptacles, and five 20-amp breakers protecting ten 20-amp 125V GFCI duplex receptacles. Wiring: The MGP series of portable power distribution panels require operators to provide their own line-in cables for use. Knockouts are provided for convenient installation of operator provided cables. Power: The main load center is protected by a 60-amp load center with included breakers for circuit protection. The load center is mounted within the NEMA 3R enclosure. The transformer and load center/distribution assembly is mounted to a standard upright steel dolly cart style frame resulting in an extremely stable, durable, and mobile power distribution platform. Two run-flat tires and a cart style mounting platform provides easier substation mobility. This temporary power distribution solution can be modified to meet the needs of job-site receptacle requirements. Units are available up to 150kva and can be equipped with skids or trailer mounted. Applications: This power distribution system is NEMA 3R rated and ideal for indoor/outdoor use and applications including but not limited to; construction sites, plant maintenance, plant turnarounds, hazardous location operations, shows, exhibits, and shipyard operations.
