With access to eight 32.5-watt UV lamps, this unit offers UV-C output at a range of 200nm - 280nm (253.7nm). Equipped with eight UVC fluorescent lamps, this system offers UV output, within the 200nm - 280nm UV-C range (253.7 nm). The lights have an expected lifespan of 8,000+ hours and emit a flood beam pattern. These lamps are arranged for maximum exposure, with two 32.5-watt UV lamps per side (including two lamps at the back of the door). Inside the box, the UV system offers 360 degrees of coverage. The unit has a glass shelf inside the box for mounting of devices. This shelf stands 2.5" from the base and has 7" clearance at the top for equipment. With a short exposure time at full capacity, multiple devices can be purchased to clean several tablets or phones at the same time. Single tablets can be cleaned in as little as 2 minutes, whereas a single phone can be cleaned in 1 minute. Operators may access a timer on the box to ensure the recommended duration of exposure (1-30 mins) is met every session. An external indicator light notifies individuals when the box is on and sanitation is ongoing. A wide front-facing hinged door that spans the length of the box provides access to the unit (the door folds downward).
