This door barrier germicidal fixture provides 170 microwatts per square centimeter at three feet below the fixture and 30 microwatts per square centimeter at floor level when mounted above a seven foot tall door. A motion sensor automatically activates the unit for two minutes, when sensing movement below the door. Operation: Upon detecting motion in the target area, this high output UV door barrier germicidal fixture projects ultraviolet rays into the doorway it is mounted above. Bacteria and viruses present in the air that passes through the UV rays produced by the fixture are destroyed.
