This LED light is ideal for hazardous locations where workers desire a light they can simply set down and plug in without any special mounting or placement needed. The HAL-PM-1X150LED-100 hazardous area light from Larson Electronics produces 14,790 lumens of high intensity light while drawing only 150 watts @12.5 amps from a 12 volt electrical system. Thirty CREE XLamp XPG¨ five watt LEDs producing 493 lumens each are arranged in rows and paired with high purity optics to produce a 60 degree floodlight beam that is ideal for providing light over a large area, making these units ideal for use as portable workspace and area lights. The lamp housing on this unit is weatherproof and constructed of die cast aluminum featuring a hinged, removable front-access door with two captive closure screws for easy servicing and heat/impact-resistant tempered flat door glass. The mounting frame is constructed of aluminum and designed to allow users to simply place the unit on any flat surface for stable deployment. This unit is lightweight and the aluminum frame allows operators to simply carry the unit from one location to another as needed.
