The Larson Electronics ARD56 is a 60 amp explosion proof receptacle box that provides explosion proof protection for devices used in hazardous locations. The ARD56 explosion proof receptacle box, rated at 60 amps, offers protection from explosive hazards and is suitable for use in environments where combustible dusts and particulates may be present. The entire box is constructed of aluminum and can be easily mounted via the surface mounting with two, 1-1/2" NPT feed-thru vertial hubs. Applications: Petroleum refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, storage areas, and other processing facilities where hazardous substances are handled or stored.
