The EPL-DL-24-12W-WF.24 from Larson Electronics is an Explosion Proof Fan/Light Dock Arm Combination that simultaneously cools and illuminates dock work environments. This dock light and fan assembly includes double-arm construction for flexible positioning, a 24" workstation fan and a 12 watt explosion proof LED light. The EPL-DL-24-12W-WF.24 Explosion Proof Dock Light/Fan is ideal for lighting up dark dock areas, while providing cooling in these warm and humid areas. The explosion proof LED bulb included with this assembly is a 12 watt bulb that provides 1320 lumens of brilliant illumination. Utilizing only 12 watts and designed to operate with 120-277 Volts AC, this lamp provides higher efficiency than traditional incandescent bulbs. This LED lamp is available in two lighting configurations; spot and flood. The spot configuration features a 10¡ beam that measures 800`L and 140` W. The flood configuration throws a 40¡ beam that measures 300`L and 225`W. An adjustable surface mount mechanism allows operators to control the direction of the beam by tilting the unit towards the desired target. This explosion proof LED light is rated NEMA Type 3, 4, 4X, 7 (B,C,D) and 9 (E,F,G) and designed to withstand the rigors of demanding environmental and operating conditions while remaining lightweight and easy to use. These units can operate in temperatures of -40¡ Celsius to 60¡ Celsius, are waterproof to 3 meter and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The housings are formed from extruded aluminum and the lenses are unbreakable polycarbonate. The LEDs offer inherent LED resistance to shocks and vibrations. The 24" electric explosion proof fan features a high efficiency 1/4 HP motor which is fully encapsulated and a precision balanced, non sparking aluminum blade assembly for high output and protection against accidental ignitions. This fan has 24" propeller diameter and produces over 7,980 CFM of air output for excellent circulation of air in large areas. The EPF-24-PM has an ambient temperature rating of 10¡C to 40¡C. This fan is rated for single phase 115/230V 60Hz and operates at 1,725 RPM. A cast aluminum junction box houses the fan motor and allows for electrical connections to the fan. The workstation fan and LED light are assembled together on a double-arm mount that swings horizontally 300 degrees. The LED lamp is mounted at the end of the arm on a bracket that allows operators to pivot the lamp up and down for desired beam positioning. The fan is mounted beneath the light, also on an adjustable bracket for tilt and rotation.
