The Larson Electronics J15254 Explosion Proof Control Station Switchboard offers control of connected devices and machines in flammable facilities. Compatible with 400V AC 50Hz, the 160-amp system contains one main board and two branch boards. This unit is constructed of copper-free aluminum, contains 13 aluminum plugs and is secured on a modular frame with floor mounting brackets. The J15254 is a durable explosion proof control station designed for combustible ATEX/IECEx rated sites. This unit is rated three phase 400V AC 50 Hz with a power rating of 160 amps. Operators are provided access to one main board and two branch boards on the station. The 63kW 100-amp 4-pole 400V 50Hz main board contains a direct-mounted external front operating handle disconnect. The LBS offers the following types of protection: three phase failure, over/under voltage and phase sequence. A bus bar with a 35kA breaking capacity can be found inside the main switch board. This flameproof system is equipped with two 80-amp 4-pole 380V 50Hz MCCBs and contains an ultimate breaking capacity (ICU) of 25k. Protective features of the MCCBs include: adjustable short circuit, adjustable overload, earth leakage and on/off indications. External pushbuttons enable operators to switch the circuit breakers on/off. The two branch boards are equipped with eight 16-amp 2-pole 220V 50Hz outgoing MCBs with an ICU of 10kA and two 16-amp 2-pole 220V 50Hz spare MCBs with an ICU of 10kA. The J15254 is constructed of copper-free aluminum and finished in powder coated window gray (RAL 7040) for durability and aesthetics. This flameproof station comes with internal and external earth components. Equipped with a T6 temperature rating, the unit is IP66 rated, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Plugs: This ATEX/IECEx-rated unit contains a total of 13 aluminum plugs: (1) M63x1.5 and (12) M25x1.5. An external M10 earth stud can be found at the base of the control station. Plugs/Mounting: All three switch boards are secured on a modular mounting frame for ease of installation. The explosion proof system is compatible with stanchion mounting requirements and features floor mounting brackets.
